Overview

Our refund policy is valid 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

The item must be associated with a valid order number to be eligible for a refund.

To process your refund, we require your order number, the full name or product title/code of the item, a valid reason for the refund request, and supporting evidence.

We may offer store credit as an alternative.

Refund eligibility is at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline refund requests. Our decision is final.

Before You Buy

Please carefully read and understand the conditions of our PLR content license and the product description on the product page before ordering. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Support Desk or refer to our Support FAQs. We are available to assist you free of charge.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products, services, or special promotions may be non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Please review the product information carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality customer service and value. To consider your refund request, please provide the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The name of the product
  3. Detailed explanation of how and why the product does not meet your expectations
  4. Supporting evidence

Once we receive this information, we will respond within ten working days.

Once your request for a refund is approved, we will begin processing the return payment. This should be credited back to your original payment method or credit card within ten working days. Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to appear in your account, though it typically takes less time.

Refund claims will be rejected if you fail to provide a valid reason and supporting evidence.

Important: If a refund is granted, it will immediately terminate your license to use the PLR content and any associated digital products. You are required to delete all copies of the content from your devices and cease any use or distribution of the content. We take breaches of our license agreement very seriously and will pursue appropriate action against any unauthorized use of our content.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued, such as when part of the content has been utilized or if the reasons provided are not sufficient.

Store Credit

If store credit is offered as an alternative to a refund, it will be issued in the form of a credit code redeemable on our website. Store credits are non-transferable, must be used within one year of issuance, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Duplicate Purchases

If you mistakenly purchase a product more than once, we will refund the most recent purchase. Please check your PLR Content Studio account to ensure you do not already own the product before making a purchase.

Used Products

Refunds cannot be issued if any part of the content has been used, including sharing, publishing, or incorporating it into another product.

Technical Problems

Refunds for technical issues, such as account login problems or difficulties downloading files from our website, are at the discretion of PLR Content Studio. We will work with you to resolve these issues before considering a refund. Please consult our FAQ page for troubleshooting tips on downloading and working with zip files before requesting a refund.

Large Orders

We do not offer refunds on large orders. We recommend placing a smaller order first to ensure our products meet your expectations before making a larger purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please follow these steps for late or missing refunds: 

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank; processing times can affect when a refund is made.

Important: We Do Not Accept Chargebacks

We do not accept chargebacks from your credit card company or PayPal. If we receive a chargeback notification, we reserve the right to report it to credit reporting agencies. This may negatively affect your credit rating. We hope to resolve any issues amicably via email before this situation arises.
